I've made purchases from them three times, and up until my last order on 12/5/22, everything went smoothly. The shipping was right on time, and I got my item as promised. However, when I opened the package, the item was sticking out of the cardboard box it was shipped in. It wasn't secured inside the black man-ique pouch, which means it might have slipped out while being delivered. My recommendation would be to ensure that items are placed directly into the pouch to avoid any chance of them falling out or getting damaged during transit.

The measurements on the size charts were totally off... a medium should be 7.5-8" but it actually measured 9" long...

Total scam! I placed my order three weeks back and still haven't received a tracking number or the items I purchased. Dropped $200 on some bracelets. Absolutely awful service!

In reply to your remarks, let me just say it’s been five months since I began reaching out, and now you decide to respond? Also, I must have sent over 20 emails, and none of them addressed my issue; they were all just attempts to sell me more of your cheap jewelry with those 5 and 10% off coupons. You can argue all you want, but I’m still left with the bracelet I wanted to send back. They are truly awful. They take your cash and never get back to you with any real answers, making it nearly impossible to get in touch. There’s no phone number available, and when you email, it’s like shouting into a void. The only replies you get are more sales pitches for their ugly, tacky jewelry. Trying to return something? Forget it. You’d have a better shot at seeing a miracle. I’m really let down by them.

We bought a necklace that snapped in just two weeks. I was pretty bummed when my initial email to customer support went unanswered, but when I reached out again about a month later, I got a quick reply. I shared some photos of the broken clasp, and they promptly sent me a replacement necklace. I'm really happy with how this turned out, even if it took a little while to sort out. Fingers crossed that the new clasp holds up!

Great item! It’s not overly flashy, just the right amount for my taste. One concern I have is about the band; I’m not sure how well it will endure from putting it on and taking it off. However, they do offer a warranty. Overall, I’m pleased with my buy!

I had a quick and pleasant shopping experience, plus I could choose a size for the beads instead of just one size fits all, 'cause that saying doesn't hold up when you need bigger sizes.
